Is there a special torrent unit?

Something made to work with torrents?
I saw that some one had an idea to make a CLI torrent app and i wanted to give it a try

I google it and found the following:

Total Torrent will be a complete implementation of the Bit Torrent Protocol written in Delphi Object Pascal. Resulting in a re-useable component that can download a torrent for use in end users apps. And a complete bit torrent client.  

I have not tried it yet!

Then why not start by making such unit?

It looks more like this project has not been updated for 6 years.
But there are tons of files:

Maybe it just works?

It was developed. Just no good source code :(
