Hello!

TextView is a very simple application for quickly viewing the text files contained in a folder.

I hope you will find it useful, or help me to improve it.

Hi Roland,

You are DA MAN!!

When you posted your TextView v0.0.2 release and after a bit of code dive I've (conceptually) solved my text encoding issues with my laz-JSON-Viewer. Now just need to actually implement it.

So: many, MANY thanks for your knowledge!!

Oh and BTW, TextView is awesome, very good work!!

Slight nitpicking, when you release binaries, could you please specify the architecture of your Linux / Windows bonaries, like linux-x86_64 / windows-win64 or linux-i386 / windows-win32. I'm assuming you're doing it all 64b but a newbie might not and it could be ambiguous.

And are you thinking of releasing Inno Setup installable binaries?

I use Windows only at my work, where some computers are still 32-bit. So for Windows I compile only in 32-bit.

An Inno Setup installer? It's a good idea but I as I said I am on Linux. Id someone else provide it, I would be glad to add it on the release page.

See, what did I tell you about guessing? I guessed wrong with the 64b for all releases!!

If you look at my signature I'm an Ubuntu user myself.
So I was amazed by the fact that Inno Setup runs quite nicely under wine.
Hence, the 32b/64b Windows Setup that I provide on laz-JSON-Viewer was all done on my Ubuntu 20.10 64b machine.
