Virtual Magnifying Glass v3.4 released

Virtual Magnifying Glass is designed for visually-impaired and others who need to magnify a part of the screen. Unlike similar programs it does not open a separate window for the magnification but instead puts a movable magnifying glass on screen.

It is developed using Lazarus and this release has the following new major features:

* New, much improved dynamic mode, works in Windows 2000+
* New, improved and smaller Mac version

Good job felipe (sekel?? ;-) ), this is also a handy tool for web developers, which often have to zoom or look very closely the screen for "pixel" alignments (ex aligning text and image,...)
