FTP Server lazarus + kol

Hello all,

some time ago i decide to develop a ftp server for win mobile for my personal use.
I have reached a good situation, it is working and i can use it well when i need. The problem is that i dont have enough time to finish it and correct bugs etc. So i decided to post it here so other people can use it too and continue my job.
