mysql 4 component for win 32 #2

mysql 4 component for win 32 uses mysqclient library and calls mysql_server_init  function, but libmysql.dll doesn't contain such an entry, so renaming libmysql.dll to mysqclient.dll makes no sense;
ok - mysqlclient.lib contains the entry mysql_server_init , so probably we need  nonexistent mysqclient.dll

mysql 3 component simply calls entries from libmysql.dll ...
