Lines and Columns visible in SynEdit

Is there any way to get the columns and lines visible in SynEdit?

hm...I can understand that you want to see vertical lines, but columns ?!? how do you want
to represent visible column in synedit ?

SynEdit.LinesInWindow
SynEdit.CharsInWindow

LinesInWindow excludes the last half visible line

CharsInWindow probably similar, but I would have to check
Some chars (tabs, Chinese) take up more than one column)
