Problem Linking Libraries on Ubuntu 9.04

Hello everybody!

I'm having an error when linking a Library:

"Error: Can't call the linker, switching to external linking"

Anyone knows how to fix it?
I'm using Lazarus 9.28.2 - FPC 2.2.4 on Ubuntu 9.04 - Jaunty Jackalope
