This is a very good combination. But the Labeltext can changed only by propertie 'name'. This elelment shoud have a propertie 'caption' for Label.

Next point: Change the propertie LabelPosition
It will not works fine under Win32. After change these propertie it will not show on the new position yet. To see the change you must change a other propertie, i.e. position.

I can´t find a update these issue, because I´m new on lazarus.
