Lnet - compiler error on Windows CE Application

When I try to compile a Windows CE application that uses the LNet, there is an error below:
"C:\lazarus\components\lnet\lib\lcommon.pp(1,1) Fatal: Can't find unit jwaws2tcpip used by lCommon"

This error does not occur in 32 bit Windows applications.

The version of Lazarus is 0.98.3 FPC 2.4.0 (Windows 7 32 bits)
The version LnetBase is 0.6.3

Work using the version 0.98.2 and Fpc 2.2.4.
I could not do work in version 0.9.29 + Fpc 2.4.1 or version 0.9.28.3 + FPC 2.4.0.

I haven't had WinCE emulator running for a long time so I'm not sure what broke with newer FPC/lazarus versions. Help is appreciated with this
