Fixing TStringGrid: How Compile LCL Package

I am trying to fix the TStringGrid so that when it performs LoadFromFile it will import the design options. I have created the code but the package LCL is readonly. How does compile the package LCL?

In the IDE: Menu -> Tools -> Build Options -> check Build LCL -> click "Build" button ?
