Lazarus and Brazil
« on: March 16, 2010, 05:02:06 pm »
Besides having programmers in the development team, Brazil has also a lot of Lazarus users. Last month, LazarusBrasil.Org had over 1000 unique visitors and almost 3000 page views, and approximately 30% of them came to download Lazarus.

You guys do good work. I've used Fortes Report a little & I've tried some components that you guys have written. I liked them. I've had to brush up on Portuguese because of your fine work. It's nice to know that there is such an active community of Lazarus developers over there.

I'm Brazilian.

I already convinced a lot of people using Lazarus.

I support your initiatives.

LazarusBrasil emphasized the use of Lazarus in Windows and I think it was a good decision. In this case, Lazarus can be a gateway for Linux, unlike in other places where the use of Windows is lower.
