How can I change the working directory?

What command should I use to change the working directory while the program is running? Is there something like (cd) in pascal?

Why do you need to change it ?
I see no reason to do it, anyway there must be a function, maybe it's not crossplatform, you can use the API functions too, search for Dir, Directory, Change, whatever.
