Maybe a Caption-Bug ?

Lazarus 0.9.7 BETA
OS: W2K SP4

after the update from 0.9.2 to 0.9.7 there are problems with German "special letters" like Ä Ü Ö ß (hope you can read its) in the Captions

I can insert theese letters and compile the program, so the special letters are in my programm, but if I save project and reopen Lazarus theese letters are gone :(

bug or feature ? and is there a solution ?
