connection to mysql3 error !!!

WHEN I WANT TO CONNECT TO MYSQL3 SERVER I GET THIS ERROR
" Can`t create TCP/IP socket  10106 " ?????

Maybe some more information is usefull. For instance tell us what OS the client is working on, which OS the MySQL server is. Are client and SQL-server on the same computer. Which Lazarus version are you using etc etc
