Ctrl+F9 not working

Ctrl+F9 not starting compilation on xubuntu 9.10
it seems the system catches ctrl+f9 for switch_to_workspace_#9 although there are only 2 used
does anyone know how to change this shotcut in xubuntu system settings
i failed to find where this setting is

here is the solution

Go to Xfce4 Settings Manager -> Window Manager -> Keyboard Shortcuts and create a new shortcuts theme. Then you can change the default shortcuts as you wish.
