Unable to load resource file.

Hi, buddy:
  After i install 0.9.6 with fpc1.9.8, if i open my old projects, everything is ok, but if I create new project or form, it will popup a resource load error"Unable load old resource file, this resource is the first include file in initilization section, for example, {$I Unit1.lrs}
probably a syntax error.", really confused, how come?? any configuration can reslove it?Thanks
