can't find msgfmt.exe

I can't find msgfmt program to convert .po to .mo files

c:\lazarus\languages\readme:
"...
After the translation, the lazaruside.xx.po file is converted to an .mo file
with the msgfmt program

msgfmt -v -o lazaruside.xx.mo lazaruside.xx.po
..."

where i can download it?

I also can't find msgfmt in win32,so I used msgfmt in redhat linux,and copied  the result lazarusidexx.po file and lazarusidexx.mo file to win32.

:cry:  I too use msgfmt from alt linux, but it is very inconvenient. Emulators (vmware and others) work slowly, and to reload a computer too long and inconveniently.
