Rebuild with 2.4.0

Hi,

After upgrading to fpc 2.4.0, building Lazarus with packages gives the following error:
lazarus.pp(1,1) Fatal: Can't find unit JcfSettings used by TokenUtils

What could I have been doing wrong?
