Notepad and Lazarus

I have encountered a strange thing: when I have Laz opened I am unable to open... Notepad under windows! As soon as Laz terminates, all the requested instances of Notepad appear. :shock:

I have noticed this problem too. Until now, it didn't bother me enough to try and fix it (there other more important  or interesting things to work on).

If you wish, you can submit a bug report.

Blah, a bug report! Just because MS' Notepad was not written in a decent way! Show me where can I submit a bug report for the Notepad, and I will. ;)
