How to remove 'dos' ?

i saw there is 'dos' prompt appear before my compiled run.what is that? runtime ? but when i tried this lazarus based project : http://voxel.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/dedalu/Lazix.exe.zip
i haven't see any 'dos' runned before the program itself.how to remove it ?
