I'm put TMainMenu component on form, and create simple menu structure. In design mode i can see main menu and open submenus. Then, if I run my project, I can't see main menu on form, before resizing or minimize/maximize form.

lazarus 0.9.5 beta (2005/02/17)
fpc 1.9.6 (2005/01/03)
windows xp sp2

The same on Windows with Lazarus 0.9.7. Bigger  form may resolve this problem.

Same is happening here with Lazarus 0.9.8 and WinXP SP2, when using the Windows Classic style in desktop appearance. Starting application maximized "solves" the problem.

No problems when using Windows XP style or others visual styles.
