gdb. It's a command line program though. You can find a few FPC-specific tips here: http://wiki.freepascal.org/Debugging_-_GDB_tricks

Googling for gdb tutorial results in some generic gdb tutorials.

FWIW, I've always done all of my debugging with gdb directly, it's not too bad once you get to know the basic commands.
