error compile rx component

i got error 'C:\lazarus\ccr\components\rx\rxtoolbar.pas(33,15) Error: There is no method in an ancestor class to be overridden: "TToolbarButtonActionLink.SetImageIndex(TImageIndex);"'
when compile it.
what does it mean?
any suggestion?
