I wasn't making fun, it was just such a surprise seeing that rarely-used word there. The only reason why I know what it means is because the first translators of The Trial used it in their translation of that famous opening sentence ("Jemand musste Josef K verleumdet haben..." ==> "Someone must have traduced Josef K...") which sounds horrible to my ear. Later translators have substituted something more along the lines of "telling lies about", which is something an English speaker might actually use. The first translators were British poets so that pretty tells you all you need to know - just don't hire British poets to do your user interface translation!

Yes, it could be "ported" too.

I think "traduce" originally had the same meaning as in Romance languages, but it has changed afterwards. The latin word is the same: "traducere".

The first sentence of Portuguese translation of The Trial says "telling lies about" too.

First I know this is beta not final release. Second I'm using Windows 7 at High DPI [144 dpi (150%)]. Lazarus 0.9.31 SVN.

* I can't add TFlatButton & TFlatSpeedButton ('Picture size Invalid').
* I can't add TFlatSpinEditInteger & TFlatSpinEditFloat ('Error on creating component' - child related -) ('Acces violation').

The other can be added but with some graphic problems.

* FlatTabControl & FlatGroupBox are black?
* FlatColorComboBox & FlatComboBox arrow is not visible / showed in bad position.
* FlatCheckBox & FlatRadioButton glyph isn't centered vertically.
* FlatMemo / FlatMaskEdit / FlatEdit: border flickering when using the control.

Usage problems:

* FlatCheckBox can't be unchecked.
* FlatCheckListBox & FlatListBox: only can be selected the first item.
