change caption property in object inspector

When I try to change a caption property in Object Inspector I can't enter any letters that also start other property names.  If I do, focus jumps down to that property instead of entering that letter in the caption box.

Couldn't find any documentation, wiki, or bug reports on this so it must be something I'm doing wrong.

Lazarus 0.9.27
OSX  10.5.8

you probably pressed the "tab" key by accident.

while in the object inspector, pressing tab, toggles betwen normal input, and jumping to fields by letter.

Press tab again, and you should be fine
