Start Lazarus (form front)

At startup of Lazarus, the main form is behind the code editor, the form should appear in front as we see in Delphi. How to change this?

Why should it?

press F12 and it is there.

You can also resize the SourceEditor Window, so it doesn't overlap => and then in options / environment / windows: either make sure the window geometry for source editor is restored, or you save your preferences as fixed setting.

This is for the code editor.
I want is for the form and not the code editor

When I cited the Delphi just did a comparison. Project Lazarus does not have to be equal to Delphi, we stop the trools please. Everyone knows what they mean.

are you on linux or on windows ? Since on linux I see this too if the form already exists (this behaviour depends on your window manager)

I use Lazarus on Linux Ubuntu 9.10

So there's no way to put the form in front?

It depends on your windowmanager (even on ubuntu you can have different ones). It might be a bug, it might be not. I got used to it and to lazy to figure it out.
