Can't found FPC on VMware + Mac OSX in windows XP

Hi,

  I use VMware + Intel Mac OSX in Windows XP, download both

    lazarus-0.9.26.2-i386-macosx.dmg  and fpc-2.2.4.intel-macosx.dmg.

  I first install lazarus without problem, then I install fpc ( include fpc and x11 package) without any warnning or failed message.
 
  But when I start lazarus, shows can't find compiler, need to set compiler path in  Environment/Options.
 
  The problem is I search all the folders can't find where fpc is installed. not in usr/bin/, user/local/bin....... or anywhere.
 
  I can't even found a folder named 'usr' while I search all with the finder tool of MacOSX.
 
  Did I missing something?

Yes, you did miss something:

I would suggest you use the 0.9.27 "fixes" version of Lazarus from the Daily Snapshots page. Even though it's not yet a final 0.9.28, I believe it has enough improvements over 0.9.26.2 that it would be worth your while. Also, I don't think you can use FPC 2.2.4 with Laz 0.9.26.2 without recompiling it since the included .o/.ppu files were compiled with 2.2.2.

FPC is in /usr/local/bin. FPC source is in /usr/local/share.

  I will try later, hope it works.

  By the way, my Mac OSX now rebooting over and over after I select to update from inside the top-right apple icon ~~ my god.

  Think again if you want to do it if yours are the same. 

  Any one can help? Do I have to reinstall mac osx again?

If you run a cracked version of Mac OS X on an unsupported configuration, I'm not sure why you expect that everything will work fine (especially updating OS components with new copies from Apple)...
