Qt6: every 2nd tooltip treated as top-level window

Zeljko, I got this bugreport https://github.com/Alexey-T/CudaText/issues/6428 . But user did not reply to my questions. Do you reproduce the bug?

It's been fixed.
Note: There is still a remaining cosmetic issue (or a regression). Now, a second window (icon) on the taskbar does not appear, but the icon of cudatext is being highlighted when the tooltip appears.

Desktop: KDE Plasma (Wayland)
