Nope: Delphi 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,2005, 2006, 2007, 2009 are excluded and I DO have valid licenses for ALL of these.
All version you could buy as upgrade for about $150. Those were the days  ;)

Yes. I have reinstalled it (my original copy with licence code) it works.

Reason to use it is to easy open program written with Delphi in the frame of 1990-2010.

And I like laz+fpc because, among other things, it is not need to register  and I can keep alive any old version, if needed.

D1 and D2 were full education licenses...back in the days. €20,- for 20 floppies (for both!)
The D7 license I re-published above is legal, btw.
Any "programmer" that knows only one programming language is not a programmer
