Fix alt+letter dont show MainMenu problem in gtk2.

Installing this package fixes it.
For IDE and application.
Test project included.

Lazarus4.6(64bit) on Debian forky/sid + LXDE

MainForm and SourceEditor are separated.
When SourceEditor is active, pressing alt + F wont show File menu.
