Creation of LAMW [NoGUI] JNI Library

I want to create LAMW [NoGUI] JNI Library.
When I go menu “New Project -> LAMW [NoGUI] JNI Library” (or “New Project -> LAMW [NoGUI] Raw JNI Library”) and try to create new empty project,
it crashes with error: [ReadJavaType] Cannot find path of class "msg".

How to fix this problem?
