After last update, IDE recompiles the Pixie.Demo - each time

I updated IDE after n monthes pause.
I have Pixie component installed.
Win 10, FPC 3.2.3.

Now when I click 'Run w/o debugging' IDe button, IDE rebuilds the demo EACH TIME! Even if I don't change anything. Even if I just restarted the IDE and pressed the button.

Messages  window / rigght click / About... - gives

Compile reason: Dependencies will be rebuilt.
