lazarus 4.99 and missing OffsetRect

I was testing Lazarus 4.99 to see if it gave me any problems with GTK3. One problem I encountered with Lazarus 4.99, both GTK2 and GTK3, was compiling the Orpheus package. How do I fix the missing OffsetRect feature in Lazarus 4.6 and earlier?

The version in Lazarus-CCR (https://sourceforge.net/p/lazarus-ccr/svn/HEAD/tree/components/orpheus/) already had been fixed some time ago (where it was forgotten because there seem to be only very few users...), but now the version in OPM has been updated, too.
