As far as I know the syntax in FPC main is the same as in Delphi at least as the screenshot is concerned. (It lacks docs, though)
objects are fine constructs. You can even initialize them with constructors.

As it stands, I can not recommend this fork because it has too many issues (two years worth of fixes is the least of them: many new essential libraries are also missing, also like to be able to run the tests without so many errors)

Two years of fixes unacceptable Thaddy. How about the battlers still using FPC322 ?

I will improve it a little bit:
Two years of fixes are unacceptable, Thaddy? How about the uncountable daily battlers that are still using 5-year-old FPC 3.2.2?

Well, I use trunk/main almost solely and 3.2.2/3.2.4 only for testing.
Very few users need to confine themselves to 3.2.4, even fewer to 3.2.2.
But that is opinion, not fact.
