PasCocoa and CarbonUseCocoa -> tray popup does not have check or radio boxes

Regular TPopupMenu that has both check and radio boxes works perfectly otherwise but not from TTrayIcon -- check and radio boxes are missing.

Is there something I can modify to get them working? Don't even know where to look, at pascocoa sources, carbon sources or somewhere else.

Another one:

I have TPopupMenu and TTrayIcon. When I try to dynamically create new item in TPopupMenu that item is not visible when tray shows menu again. I am assuming that tray icon menu uses different structure that is updated only once. That explains why we don't have check and radio boxes too. Making this dynamic should not be too much of a problem (or so I hope). What do Mac gurus say?
