Gentleman, I come from Delphi, and I remember coding the best looking apps with tones of themed components, skins components etc...

I can’t find any good-looking, simple sliders or trackbars, for example. Did I miss something?
I have all the cool BGRA, EControl, ueControls, etc. installed, and I’m still a million miles away from what I used to do in Delphi.
Is that just me?

Please tell me I’m missing something. I really want to make cool-looking apps again.
Where could I find a simple themed trackbar like the one on the screenshot attached?

It's 2026 and I can't make a simple dark theme in 2 clicks (but that's Windows, I know).

Don't know about components, but dark mode is available with MetaDarkStyle, it's available in the package manager(s).

I can confirm MetaDarkStyle is doing good work in its latest version. The package in the OPM was updated a few days ago, which now fixes incorrect painted scrollbars on VirtualTree. Here's a proof its dark mode has support for any standard controls like scrollbars, memos, menus, statusbar, buttons etc.: https://www.heidisql.com/images/screenshots/dark-mode-v13.png

Note that Lazarus has no support for these bitmap based VCL themes.

Your tabs are the standards TTabControls? Looks better indeed
