How to set Width-AutoSized in Web GUI Application

After I know the Web GUI Application should use url to load the resources and execute the Web project correctly,I met an errorous graphics output,Such as Non-autosize to fill the horizontal of the Browser Window.
Like the attachment(with screenshot and project) below,The Picture cannot fill the horizontal screen of the browser view.
The Shown Picture is for test only,you can replace it with another image.
