Any dialing program written in Lasarus?

Have anybody seen any programs written in Lazarus to make internet phone calls?

Yes. Look at

For Delphi:

The repository is now read only and may be in need for some refactoring.

Bit old but - used to - work(s).

Report any problems, I can help (I did SIP for Rabobank in 2008 for Delphi, but that is proprietary)

Note this is a bit hard to do without a commercial telephony service provider if you want to use real phone numbers like e.g. Whatsapp can. But you can run your own SIP service.
