The TChromeTabs component with BGRABitmap

I did the TChromeTabs 2.7 component version rendering with BGRABitmap library for Lazarus.
Actually the TChometab control has a version for Lazarus under windows, but is using GDIPlus library.
I just port the graphic part for BGRABitmap, but still reversible by defines. I must warn that im not
going to mantain this software, im sharing to any interested to do, or just use this version for some reason.
