Esri shapefile writer

Hi,

I made an "Esri shapefile writer". The project in the attachment only serves as a test tool to test the writer which is shapewriter.pas. The shapefiles that are produced can be can be read into ArcGIS Pro, QGis, FME and of course into LazMapViewer. The beauty of this, I think, is that there is no dependence on third-party tools/libraries. This is made with just standard Lazarus Pascal.
The test tool reads csv files in which the geometry column must have a fixed name and the 2 coordinate systems used are also hard coded. So there is still room for improvement. (I tested it on Windows 11 and Ubuntu 25.04).
