Failing to Create fpWeb Server with Graphical Application

Spent the last couple hours attempting to build a simple fpWeb server from the Lazarus graphical application.  Definitely not as simple as the single webmodule example or the console application example, both of which work.  But no luck with tutorials from the v3.x days, and both Google and Microsoft's AI's are going in circles with code that doesn't work (at least not on Windows). Could some kind soul please point me toward a working example?  Thanks for your time!

What do you mean by graphical application? Do you mean programming with Lazarus GUI program?

Anyway please explain every step you've taken including setting up web server, like IIS, nginx, or other.
And post the program you've written.
