CopyDirTree and empty directories

I found it strange that function CopyDirTree from FileUtil not copy directory tree entairely. Maybe there should be added flag to copy empty directories?

You could post this as a feature request on the bugtracker.
(After you checked the issue with lazars main)
Preferrably with a sample program.
