When trying to open frReport lazarus crashes

When I open frReport in the form, it takes about 7 to 10 minutes for the report editor to open in an empty project. This issue occurs on Windows 11, as I installed it on Windows 10 and it didn't take long to open (I've already disabled my antivirus, but the problem persists).
This problem happened after I formatted the machine.
I tested with Lazarus 3.6 and 4.2.

What could be the problem?

Windows was trying to connect to the default printer, which was turned off.
Setting the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer as the default printer resolved the problem.  :o ;)
