Winreg catch all Executable/s file , I cannot execute all Mze?

Inside registry (you view with Regedit.exe),,
I redirect *.exe to "iExplorer.exe"
I cannot execute any file*.exe
C:Q1=Why I post here, my problem?

Eg10 (Redirect all*.exe to RunScanner.exe"
Eg11 (Redirect All*.exe to ProcExp6. or You can develop "Crc32Check-Integrity for
"Lazarus.exe")

C:Q2=How to fix my'problem inside RegEdit.exe? Do you wish view Win7Reg before
 reinstall the My-Windows7?.
 Eg1. In safe mode , I got same error/s.

Have a look at the sourcecode from "packages/chm/src/chmls.lpr" and most notably the option unblock. It programmatically unblocks downloaded files.
