[SOLVED] THintWindow.Autosize does nothing

Setting the Autosize property of a THintWindow to “True” does nothing - the HintWindow is one character tall and approx. 2,5 characters wide.
And no matter that Autosize = True, I can set the size of the HintWindow to fixed values.
Is this how it is meant to be?
I have come across contradictory information.
