My answer is no, or nop, or none, this task of him, need more level experienced in SQL database, window11. He cannot understand full SQL inside Win11.

I fixed it.  Just ran Process Explorer and eliminated a few old apps and found some programs that I don't use in memory. Then ran PC Repair and cleaned others. Then uninstalled/removed Lazarus and reinstalled.  Then rebooted.

After that, back in business, Lazarus pops up immediately...
