cant find PasLibVlcUnit

I downloaded the paslibvlc package to use in a lazarus app for windows10.   Went through the package installation and then tried to rebuild the IDE.   At this point I got the following message:-

PasLibVlcPlayer.pas(10,3) Error: Cannot find PasLibVlcUnit used by PasLibVlcPlayer. Check search path of package PasLibVlcPlayer, try a clean rebuild, check implementation uses sections..

In the window that shows the package info under the Files heading the reference to this file has a red line through it.   I have done a full search of my hd for PasLibVlcUnit and it cant be found.

Hoping someone can help.
