Here the code and binaries. Breakpoint at line 123 in unit uStringConcatenation.pas not work with FpDebug.

This starts getting odd...
The debug info looks fine. The line is present and has plausible data.

To make it extra weird, if I compile my own exe and run it (windows 10) then it stops at the line.

I have to do some tests on Windows 11. Maybe something that Windows 11 did/does...

That may take some time...

Do you have ASLR enabled?

EDIT
So my Win-11 test box also stops (and it has ASLR enabled and enforced) / Though the address for the function itself stays fixed.
