BgraBmp: How to Make a Decorative Shadowed Circle Effect?

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make a Decorative Shadowed Circle Effect, as shown in the attached png.


I can't seem to get that effect happening.

Basically a rough hole (mask ?) in the middle, with random intersecting 3D-ish circle lines with a slight shadow.
Sort of reminds me of a birds nest pattern, with a 3D effect.

It's easy, just draw white circles randomly in a transparent background. Then erase circle antialias (or ellipse) in the center. Then shadow the bitmap..
