Will the programs I wrote in Lazarus FPC that run on Windows 10  run on laptop with Copilot+ Windows 11?

It's not related to copilot in any way. Those laptops run on ARM64 CPUs, but there is an emulation layer in Windows, so both x86 and x64 builds will work there too (not natively though).

Those programs should be able to run on Windows 11 too, as long as they do not use any Win10 specific API that is incompatible with Win11. Below is "DPI Calculator" a small utility I wrote, which runs correctly on both Windows 10 and 11.
